My team used market research to explore the value practitioners place on live-stream and in-person classes and how it relates to practitioners expressing a demand for online live-stream yoga classes. By examining current trends in the yoga industry and conducting a survey and content analysis to understand practitioners’ preferences and practice routines better, this research determined the demand for live-stream yoga classes.

Based on this research, the recommendation is that GLO Yoga Studio expands its reach by adding a live stream to its class schedule and developing a digital marketing campaign to introduce current clients to the live stream and gain new members through increased brand awareness.
